You will receive support, tricks of the trade, and how to no longer feel overwhelmed as you plan out your goals to make the lasting changes you need to. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.
Most approaches to nutrition dwell on counting calories, carbohydrates, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. When you change what and how you eat and live, then everything else will change too. Simple lifestyle and diet changes can increase your wellbeing and longevity.
No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the natural food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals. As your health coach I support you to upgrade your health and wellbeing. Rather than struggling to do what you should do alone you will have me there alongside you.
